How to Reach Java Jazz Festival 2026: Easy Transport Guide

CANTIKA.COM, Jakarta - Indonesia’s Java Jazz Festival 2026 is set to take place on May 29–31, 2026, at its new venue, the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2), in Tangerang Regency, Banten, near the Jakarta metropolitan area.

The change of venue has sparked curiosity among festival-goers about how to access the location. However, visitors will have a variety of transportation choices, as Java Festival Production has prepared several transportation services to make travel to the venue more convenient and comfortable.

A number of transportation options have been arranged, including free shuttle buses, Royaltrans services, airport train connections, and direct transportation from Bandung.

The services are intended to support both festival visitors and event staff traveling to Java Jazz Festival 2026 at NICE PIK 2.

Free Bluebird Shuttle Service from Jakarta

For visitors who prefer not to bring their own vehicles, Bluebird Group will provide free shuttle services directly to NICE PIK 2 throughout the festival period from May 29 to 31, 2026.

The shuttle service operates on a round-trip basis with departures from several strategic locations in Jakarta, including:

• Sarinah Thamrin

• Plaza Senayan

• fX Sudirman

• Lippo Mall Kemang

Cititrans Direct Service from Bandung

Festival-goers traveling from Bandung can also access Java Jazz Festival 2026 through Cititrans services operated by Bluebird Group.

The direct transportation route will be available from May 29 to 31, 2026, with departure points from:

• Dipati Ukur

• Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk)

• Pasteur

Royaltrans TransJakarta Services

In addition to the Bluebird shuttle buses, TransJakarta will also operate Royaltrans services directly to NICE PIK 2.

The Royaltrans service will operate specifically on May 30 and 31, 2026, with departure points from several key locations, namely:

• Dukuh Atas

• Cilandak Town Square (CITOS)

• Alam Sutera

• Gambir

• TMII

• Tanjung Duren

• Soekarno-Hatta Airport Station

Airport Train Access

Another practical transportation option is the airport rail service, KAI Bandara. During the Java Jazz Festival 2026 period, operational hours for the airport train route from BNI City Station to Soekarno-Hatta Airport Station will be extended to support visitor mobility.

After arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Station, passengers can continue their trip to NICE PIK 2 using the Royaltrans shuttle service.

The KAI Bandara route is connected with the shuttle service and passes through several stations, including:

• Manggarai Station

• BNI City Station

• Duri Station

• Rawa Buaya Station

• Batu Ceper Station

• Soekarno-Hatta Airport Station

Each transportation service has designated schedules and pick-up points that require reservations. Visitors can access complete transportation information through the official Java Jazz Festival 2026 website.

After entering the website, visitors can select the “How to Get There” menu to view transportation options, schedules, and reservation details.

With the various transportation options now available, access to Java Jazz Festival 2026 at NICE PIK 2 is expected to be much easier and more convenient for visitors traveling from Jakarta, Bandung, and other surrounding areas.
