Antam Gold Price Drops to Rp2,940,000 per Gram

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The price of gold from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) gold, fell on Monday, February 16, 2026. Antam gold prices fell by Rp14,000 per gram today after a significant increase over the weekend.

According to the Logam Mulia website, today's gold price is recorded at Rp2,940,000 per gram. On Saturday, February 14, the price of gold jumped Rp50,000 from Rp2,904,000 to Rp2,954,000.

Throughout January, gold prices continued to rise, reaching an all-time high of Rp3.16 million per gram on January 29, 2025. Early February saw volatility. On January 31, 2026, the price of the precious metal plummeted to Rp260,000 per gram. It then strengthened again to Rp167,000 per gram on February 2, 2026, and plummeted again to Rp183,000 per gram on February 3, 2026.

The resale or buyback price of Antam gold bullion today fell Rp13,000 to Rp2,728,000 per gram. Buyback transactions with a value above Rp10,000,000 will be subject to income tax or Article 22 Income Tax of 1.5 percent.

This regulation is in accordance with the Amendment to Minister of Finance Regulation Number 112/PMK.03/2022 concerning Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP) for individuals, business entities, and government agencies. This amendment also includes the use of the National Identification Number (NIK) as the NPWP. Article 22 Income Tax will be automatically deducted from the total value of the sale or buyback transaction.
