TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The World Cup continues to deliver memorable moments, and most recently, Erling Haaland took the spotlight after scoring twice in Norway's 4-1 victory over Iraq.

Instead of the familiar "Haaland" on the back of his jersey, the Norwegian striker wore "Braut Haaland." According to USA Today and Yahoo!, the change was a tribute to both of his parents.
Notably, Braut comes from his mother, Gry Marita Braut, a former Norwegian heptathlete. Meanwhile, Haaland comes from his father, Alf-Inge Haaland, a former midfielder for Manchester City. In fact, the World Cup jersey reflects the striker's full name: Erling Braut Haaland.
Recognized as one of football's premier strikers, Haaland enters the tournament with high expectations on his shoulders. After debuting with two goals against Iraq, fans are nothing but excited to see what he produces in Norway's upcoming matches.
